This portal is available for customers who accept invoice delivery via e-billing.
The portal provides customers with a view of their account balances, sales transactions, enables invoices to be logged into query, and provides copy statements, invoices/credit notes, and POD options.

- WhatsApp Customer Credit Support – Customers can contact the Credit Team and access self-service information including account balance, available credit, credit limit, payment terms, latest statements, credit contact details and aged debt information. - E-Billing & Customer Finance Portal – 24/7 Access – Customers using E-billing can access the online Customer Finance Portal 24/7 to view account information, obtain copy documentation and register invoice queries. View the E-Billing demonstration or sign up to the Customer Finance Portal.
- Additional Finance Support – Customers looking to raise additional working capital can contact Karl Hodson, BTG Advisory, on 07713 997826 for independent finance options.
- Contract & Debt Recovery Support – For assistance with construction contract clauses, fixed-price contract reviews and the recovery of overdue or disputed balances, contact Claire Crawshaw, Hawkswell Kilvington, on 07708 473131.
- Independent Third-Party Support – Any finance, contract or recovery services are provided independently by third parties. SIG Roofing is not party to subsequent agreements, cannot access the information provided and receives no remuneration from these arrangements.
- Fraud Prevention – Account Passwords – SIG Roofing can add a password to your credit account to help prevent unauthorised orders. Once activated, the password must be provided when placing an order. Please contact your local SIG Roofing branch to arrange this.
- Fraud Prevention – Bank Details – Always telephone your usual SIG Roofing contact to independently verify any request to change SIG Roofing bank account details, even where an email or online request appears genuine.
- Payment Administration – To help payments reach your account promptly, please include your SIG Roofing account number within the payment reference and send your remittance to your usual credit contact, copying [email protected].
