Bitumen Primer

FIX-R Bitumen Primer is a solution designed to seal and prepare surfaces for the application of bitumen waterproofing products and systems.

  • • Ideal for bitumen membranes and liquid maintenance products
  • • Dries in approximately 2 hours at 20ºC

Available in 5L and 25L ℮.

Quick Dry Bitumen Primer

FIX-R Quick Dry Bitumen Primer is a fast drying bitumen priming solution designed to seal and prepare dry or slightly damp surfaces prior to applying roofing felt and flashing tapes.

  • • Drying time is approximately 30 minutes at 20ºC

Available in 5L and 25L ℮.

ADHESIVES

Roofing Felt Adhesive

FIX-R Roofing Felt Adhesive is used to bond successive layers of roofing membranes to a variety of different substrates. Bitumen based, it is also suitable for sealing laps on bituminous membranes and as a gritting adhesive to bond roof chippings to roofing membranes and mastic asphalt.

  • • Used to bond successive layers of roofing membranes to concrete, asphalt, metal, plywood, OSB3 and similar surfaces

PU Insulation Bonding Adhesive

FIX-R PU Insulation Bonding Adhesive is designed to bond a wide range of of insulation including PIR, Mineral Wool and EPS to various roof substrates. Using the adhesive reduces the need for mechanical fixings.

  • • Product foams to provide gap filling properties
  • • Solvent free
  • • Adhesive can bond insulation straight to deck or to vapour control layer
