ONE Warranty step by step guide for contractors
1. Purchase and install the relevant products from SIG Roofing
Through your local SIG Roofing branch, purchase the relevant materials required for the job, making sure you select qualifying products to complete the project. The qualifying products can be found here. If you are installing a pitched roof, you must install at least one product from each mandatory product group – batten, breather & covering tile to qualify for a warranty.
2. Request your ONE Warranty Certificate
Complete the online application form. Ensure you have to hand the invoices that include the One Warranty products installed on your project.

3. Receive ONE Warranty Certificate
Once the application has been processed, we will send you the ONE Warranty certificate.
If the unexpected does happen, and a claim is required, the process is very simple; all you need to is call our dedicated team and we will:
- Verify the claim
- Visit the property and assess claim
- Process the claim
- Issue the new product for valid claims
