What is One Warranty?
One Warranty is a comprehensive, third-party warranty for pitched and flat roofing products performance, giving you complete cover for 15 years. Easy to understand and even easier to use, we’ve simplified the process so there’s never been a better time to get covered.
With a wide range of qualifying pitched and flat roofing products and accessories from all the big names you know and trust, One Warranty gives you the power to specify your way, which means you can control costs while offering customers complete peace of mind.

How to register for a OneWarranty Certificate
Purchase and install eligible roofing products from us
Pop into your local SIG Roofing branch and purchase the materials you need. Ask in-branch about eligible products or browse online here.
When installing a pitched roof, you must install at least one product from each mandatory product group (batten, breather and covering tile) to qualify for One Warranty.
Apply for One Warranty and register the completed job
Once you’ve finished your project, apply for complimentary 15-year product performance cover on our website within four weeks of completion – just remember to have invoices to hand.
We’ll then verify your purchases and begin processing your application right away.
Get covered and receive your One Warranty certificate
Once approved, we’ll send your One Warranty certificate to pass onto your customer, so you can move onto your next project and they can get the reassurance they need – quickly and without delay (Subject to terms and conditions).
