Roofing contractors and building professionals in Oxford had the opportunity to experience informative product demonstrations whilst enjoying a cuppa and making a donation to charity, thanks to a special event hosted by SIG Roofing.
SIG Roofing’s branch on the Osney Mead Industrial Estate played host to a Macmillan Coffee Morning, as part of the charity’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning event, in conjunction with a Product Demonstration Day.
The branch’s expert team was on-hand from 7.30am to provide customers with advice and support for existing and upcoming residential and commercial projects, while also explaining the benefits of the SIG TRADE CLUB.
Dan Addley, an expert in FIX-R products, was also available give guidance to roofers looking to use the FIX-R EPDM flat roofing solution.
Refreshments included a host of cakes, cookies and other sweet treats with all proceeds donated going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Chris Treadwell, Sales Executive and Trade Counter Supervisor for SIG Roofing Oxford, said: “We were very happy to couple a product demonstration day with a charity event as worthwhile as the Macmillan Coffee Morning. Our customers are at the heart of our business and this was a great opportunity for them to find out more about the roofing materials available to them, while enjoying some tasty treats.”
