FIX-R PVC is a hot air welded solution for your flat roof that is available in both a mechanically fixed and a bonded system.
PVC membrane systems offer a waterproofing solution that leaves more design flexibility for specifiers. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, installation of our FIX-R PVC systems involves no gas torches. With the usage of gas torches on roofs becoming more restricted, PVC membranes have gained in popularity. They are now widely used in a range of sectors, including education, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and residential buildings.
FIX-R PVC Mech Fixed system is suitable for roofs where the substrate doesn’t allow for adhesives used on a Bonded system. Suitable for use on a range of substrates and deck types, such as minimum 18mm OSB3 & Class 3 Plywood, Institu Concrete, as well as metal decks as part of a warm roof build up or where the deck has been overlaid sheathing board.
Traditionally, our FIX-R PVC Mech Fixed system is used for larger projects and can be installed in a warm or cold roof application, year-round and widely regarded as faster than adhered PVC Membranes.
