ONE Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Any claim must be notified in writing to SIG Roofing, Harding Way, St Ives PE27 3YJ within 30 days of a defect having been identified.
  • The products* must be installed as per the recognised codes of practice in force at the time of installation, including but not limited to BS5534 and BS8000.
  • SIG Roofing is not able to make any warranty as to the standards of workmanship with which the products* are fixed.
  • The warranty will be issued after proof of purchase is verified, and is not valid until all invoices are paid in full.
  • Participating products* must be used throughout the whole roof. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
  • The warranty is valid in the United Kingdom only.
  • The warranty does not cover any colour shade, curvature, surface finish and dimensional variations, as well as lime spotting on up to 10% of product on SIGA Slate, SIGA Heritage and SIGnature Clay Tiles.
  • SIG Roofing (SIG Trading Ltd) terms and conditions of sale apply.
  • The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse of the products, the natural ageing of the products, weather damage, defects caused or contributed to by improper fixing, movement in the construction of the roof, foot traffic or damage from foreign bodies, physical damage however caused prior to, during, or after installation (including during regular maintenance) or defects that are caused as a result of modifications or repair attempts.
  • In the event of any dispute we will refer the matter to an independent arbitration for resolution.
  • The warranty is transferrable to subsequent owners of a property without notice to SIG Roofing being requested.
